As of March 15, 2023, BET has not officially announced whether or not Sistas will return for a sixth season. Nonetheless, given that the Sistas Season 5 finale will premiere on BET on March 15 at 9 p.m. EST, it makes logical that there is no official news yet on Sistas Season 6!
Sistas Season 5 had a minor dip in ratings compared to Sistas Season 4, but the show has been constantly successful (and rightfully so!) on BET. So, it is probable that Sistas will return for a sixth season.
