The Hulu series Tiny Beautiful Things, starring Kathryn Hahn and based on the same-named book by Cheryl Strayed, is currently in production and is being distributed by Tigelaar and her banner Best Day Ever. It is being produced alongside Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine and Laura Dern’s Jaywalker Pictures.

To Be Announced will release Under the Bridge (TBA).
Under the Bridge
A miniseries used to be the term for a limited series. However, the emergence of digital streaming platforms brought an abundance of series with a finite number of episodes. The term “limited series” then appeared out of nowhere.
A new eight-episode true crime-themed entry from ABC Signature called Under the Bridge, which chronicles the story of the 1997 murder of Canadian adolescent Reena Virk, is the most recent development in the limited series field. The drama is based on Rebecca Godfrey’s 2005 book on the case, which explored the case of a 14-year-old who went to join friends at a party and never came home.
Godfrey’s book is being adapted by Quinn Shephard, who also executive produces the Hulu feature film Not Okay. Showrunners for the project will be Liz Tigelaar (Little Fires Everywhere) and Samir Mehta (Tell Me Lies), with Geeta Vasant Patel (House of the Dragon, Dead to Me) serving as director. Tigelaar and her label Best Day Ever are now working on the Hulu series Tiny Beautiful Things starring Kathryn Hahn as part of an overall contract with ABC Signature.
As of the time of publication, Under the Bridge had not yet made any casting or premiere announcements.
