Im sorry. I mean it. I mean that. Not from the letter from my heart. I released a letter two days ago. It did not convey right at all, and I must tell you this: It was from an attorney that asked me to do it because the latter part it was offensive, Burrell said Thursday in a video on Instagram, referring to a statement she previously issued but has since removed.

Many Twitter users criticized the claim, and one even offered to PR edit it to better serve Burrells following.

In her original speech (above), Burrell laughed as she advocated conducting interviews with potential partners to ensure they are not broke or living in a trailer home before letting them into your life. She concluded, Im really, truly sorry. I didnt want to hurt you, I dont want to hurt you, I dont plan on hurting you, and I pray that you will heal from this.

She Also Received Flak for Appearing to Advocate Against the Covid-19 Vaccine

Im sorry from the bottom of my heart. I love you. Wait and She also received flak for appearing to advocate against the COVID-19 vaccine and for saying that individuals are ugly.

Its not about status or material things its just about choices. Life is different now. And you know, we are at church. Thank God were here, those of us who walk in our faith without a mask and no vaccine. And so, we honor the Lord. God is good, she said before suggesting that attendees hire her for additional events using leftover funds from their PPP loans. Prayer, praise, and power, she added. Speaking about attendees appearances, Burrell added:

She Performed Alongside Carey on Randy Jacksons Music Club

Burrell has worked on high-profile projects with mainstream music acts in addition to her successful career as a gospel vocalist. She performed alongside Carey on Randy Jacksons Music Club: Volume One album cut I Understand in 2008, alongside Ocean on his song Godspeed in 2016, and also provided vocals to Jay-song Zs 4:44 in 2017. Burrell also faced criticism in late 2016 after a video of her making comments that some perceived as homophobic surfaced. Her planned January 2017 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show as well as her Texas Southern University radio program Bridging the Gap were both ultimately canceled.

I Actually Didnt Know Her She Made a Statement.

I actually didnt know her She made a statement. She was doing a Facebook Live, and she said some very not-nice things about homosexuals, so I didnt feel that was good of me to have her on the show to give her a platform after she was saying things about me, DeGeneres said on her talk show at the time, before speaking to Pharrell about the gospel icon.

Pharrell continued, while still calling Burrell a great singer, that there is no room for any kind of discrimination in 2017 and moving on.
