Jon Bon Jovi (born March 2, 1962) is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, and actor best known for his work with Jon Bon Jovi. He is most known for founding and leading the rock band Bon Jovi, which was formed in 1983. He has 15 studio albums with his band and two solo albums to his credit.
Bon Jovi began his acting career in the 1990s, starring in films such as Moonlight, Valentino, and U-571 and appearing on television shows such as Sex and the City, Ally McBeal, and The West Wing.
