Asahd Tuck Khaled was born on October 23, 2016, to Khaled and his wife Nicole Tuck. Following his live Snapchat clip of the birth, Khaled attracted widespread attention. Tuck gave birth to Aalam Tuck Khaled, their second son, on January 20, 2020.

SEC Settlement In 2018

Together with Floyd Mayweather Jr., Khaled agreed to a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in November 2018 for failing to disclose payments from initial coin offering issuers. The settlement included a personal $50,000 promotional payment from Centra Tech Inc., a troubled cryptocurrency company whose co-founders were indicted for fraud in May 2018.

“They are its first instances including charges for breaking restrictions on advertising investments in so-called initial coin offerings, or ICOs,” the SEC stated in reference to the cases. Khaled consented to refrain from signing any endorsement or promotional agreements with a securities participant for a period of two years as part of the settlement.
