After a lady accused him of slipping her an ecstasy tablet in her drink during a date, Green pleaded not guilty to rape in 2014. The woman claims she recalls nothing between dinner and waking up naked in Green’s bed the next morning, according to The Guardian.

The charge of rape was downgraded to felony assault. Green pleaded no contest and was given probation and community service as a result of his actions. “If someone is passed out, they’re not even WITH you consciously!” he subsequently tweeted before deleting it. As a result, “WITH” implies “consent.” Green later expressed regret for his words.
