Tiger Woods Girlfriend: Erica Herman, the girlfriend of Tiger Woods, filed a lawsuit against the golfer to be released from their non-disclosure agreement, claiming a provision that nullifies NDAs in situations of sexual assault.
According to the complaint acquired by PEOPLE, Herman, 38, seeks to legally void a nondisclosure agreement she signed in August 2017 when she and Woods, 47, began dating. Herman asserts that the NDA should be nullified, citing the Speak Out Act, which protects sexual assault and harassment victims.

According to The Documents
Woods and Herman “had a lengthy, professional and personal connection.” The complaint alleges that Herman “today does not know what more facts about her own life she may reveal or with whom.”
Herman, a former restaurant manager, was first romantically linked to Woods in September 2017, when she was photographed with him at the Presidents Cup in New Jersey. Herman wore a badge meant for the girlfriends and spouses of players at that event, where Woods acted as an assistant captain for the United States team.
Herman has been a consistent presence on the course anytime Woods has competed throughout the years. In contrast to Woods’ prior relationship with Lindsey Vonn and his extremely public marriage to and divorce from Elin Nordegren, the couple has maintained a relatively private relationship throughout the years.

They were rarely spotted in public at non-golfing events, but they did attend the 2022 US Open to cheer on Serena Williams. Herman also lacks a social media presence and has only been featured three times on Woods’ Instagram since October 2017. A friend of Woods told PEOPLE in 2018 that the pair had not yet completed any legal documents. “They are not devoting their lives to one another. But, she is really pleasant, and Tiger likes her.”
“Tiger dislikes being alone,” the pal said. “But he doesn’t like to settle. Not any longer. Thus, when he is with someone, he must be really interested in her.” Before his latest partnerships, Woods was married for six years to Nordegren. After Woods acknowledged to repeated infidelities and completed a 45-day rehabilitation program, the couple split in August 2010.
